1/ Deal one card face up to each player,
    deal one card face-up to the Dealer &
    deal one card face-down to the Dealer.
           EACH PLAYER NOW HAS THE OPTION TO
           RAISE 2X or CHECK. 

2/ Deal a second card to each Player.
           EACH PLAYER NOW HAS THE OPTION TO
           RAISE 1x or FOLD or SPLIT pairs.

3/ Reveal the Dealer’s second card.
           Display the Dealer’s score on 
           the proprietary score board.       
     RESOLVE THE WAGERS:
